Farmers Insurance - Daniela Soto

I had a great experience with this agency. The staff was friendly and professional. They really took the time to understand what I needed. The agents were knowledgeable and helped me find a policy that offered great coverage at an equally great price! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for insurance!

Sick of this place, will be leaving very soon. They failed to update my address twice already and still share my policy with people I no longer live with. I’m constantly getting emails for surveys after my mother calls them after we split ways about 10 years ago!!! Instead of helping me father they gave him the run around and sent him to a sister insurance which is twice as much. We have been here 10yrs+ and this particular location is nothing but a disappointment. I don’t know what happened within the last year or so but everyone in that office needs to be terminated. They don’t have anyone of us at their best interest. Completely unless and incompetent.
