Title: Beware of This Scamming Car Insurance Place! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Cody Anderson and his agency , and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. This company is nothing short of a scam, preying on innocent people who are seeking reliable car insurance coverage. Allow me to share my harrowing encounter with this untrustworthy establishment. First and foremost, the receptionists at the Cody Anderson’s Farmers agency are utterly incompetent. Not only do they lack basic customer service skills, but they also seem to suffer from severe memory loss. On multiple occasions, I called to inquire about my policy details, only to receive conflicting information each time. Cody is amazing! From the very first conversation we knew this was the insurance company to go with for our homeowners and our vehicles! Also the have equipment breakdown coverage you can get along with your homeowners insurance and they do all the work for you! I told them what happened and within the week I’m getting reimbursed for replacing my oven that broke down (except for the deductible) this was a lot easier than dealing with our previous whole house warranty company! I appreciate all the hard work and dedication that Cody and his team have for us his customers!

You cannot beat the customer service here. Hands down the best people I have dealt with at any business around here. Was helpful even when I was with another insurance agency. When I switched, because of their customer service, the prices were better than I had with AAA. Highly recommend

Canceling all insurance with these guys. Didn’t notify me of renewal of business insurance. Now I’m getting fined for a lapse of insurance or business license revoked. My family and I are knowingly paying a higher rate for insurance to stay with these people. Not anymore. We are switching. They are unwilling to work with me. All they want to do is blame the last agent. They had my info. They knew, they were just too lazy to give a call.
