This agency not only provided great customer service, but also saved me money on my car insurance. Chris took the time to explain to me what I was getting, and how I was saving money. My previous insurance company never sat down with me to walk me through what the details of my policy were, and what anything actually meant, but Chris’s agency did, and I’m grateful that I made the switch!!

We moved at the same time our agent moved/retired. We were transferred to Chris automatically. Our auto policy instantly increased $300 a month (4 cars). We switched to a much better bigger carrier and our policy went down $400 a month for the same exact coverage. We were elated. Then we got a collection bill for $22 for two days at our old house from Chris. Really Chris? Collections? $22....sad
