Farmers Insurance - Calvin Coleman

When I moved to my 1924 landmark home, my former insurance company had no idea how to insure it and dropped me. Coleman had insured my friend and her restaurant for years and she loved them. They wrote me a full coverage policy and I couldn't be more satisfied- especially with the personal service. Always get a human on the phone- and we know how refreshing that is- and they are always responsive to every inquiry and request. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience. I have been trying without response to review my coverage before renewal for almost 2 months. Come to find out they gave me coverage on something I didn’t ask for and have been paying for it for 4 years. Now I need what I asked for and don’t have it. I asked for sewer line coverage since my home is old and they gave me sewer line water damage coverage dispute me asking multiple times if this covers old sewer line breaking which it does not. They don’t know their own insurance options and now I am paying for it despite them admitting to mistake. A $10,000 mistake at that. Highly do not recommend it for both these reasons.

I have used Cal Coleman and team for all of my insurance needs for over 10 years! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!. The level of service is unmatched and I will continue to use them for all my insurance!

Not a good insurance company. Does not stand up and protect insured or neighbors. Also SUPER RUDE and NASTY office and claims Dept. They also DO NOT RETURN CALLS / THEY LOVE TO PLAY THE PHONE TAG GAME AND IGNORE YOU. Don't use them! Watch out, they just want to collect payments and not cover!!!!!!!
