Farmers Insurance - Cal Smith Agency

Not impressed at all with this agent. My agent of 35 yrs sold her business to this agent last year. Home policy doubled, went from 3 cars to two cars policy dropped by $10 dollars. Went to another insurance company today got 3 policy for the price of what my renewal of my home policy would have been, plus I received more coverage for vehicles and home. Mr. Smith I did sign your paperwork!! It was sent back to Tatum. I also never asked for my uninsured motorists to be dropped. Original question was why my policy was only $10.00 less for two vehicle, when the prior year there were 3 vehicles on my policy. Plus never authorized any of my business to be conducted over email, requested mail only.

This insurance agency is always top of the line, best Farmers Insurance place I have ever done business with for years and years now. Great job and we always love you, tatem and Shelley.

There is no replacing this group of people. Tatum, Shelly, and Cal really CARE about helping the people. It's a wonderful trust worthy insurance agency.
