I used Burke Trail for my personal auto and renter's insurance and had the worst experience that I've ever had with an insurance agent in my whole life. Skylar was my agent. I reached out to her to change my address on my policy at least two times that I know of and it was never done. I asked her to shop some quotes for me before my policy renewal date and she never got back with me. I had a 10 AM appointment scheduled with her today and she never called. Needless to say I have put in a request to change my agent on my policy.
The best insurance agency around. I will not use anybody else :)
I use The Trail Agency for small business insurance and it's a pleasure to work with them. Burke even hand delivered my policy once completed.
Be very careful with this company..Serious
