They will lie to you and charge you under false pretenses.They gave me a false quote I bought a new vehicle and called them and they gave me the quote,i was happy with it so i paid what was owed that day and then the quote price on the due date. I then go to get a copy of my cards online, I just got those cards today a month later, and i see my new monthly price of 305.00 more than what i was quoted. They are the worst at communicating and didnt say anything to me when i was on the phone with them. I can see a slight increase but 300 more no so i called them they apologized that the person i spoke to didnt "click the right button" and that they could get my rate down but i had already had enough of them cancelling my renters policy with out telling me went without that for a whole year and
