NO RESPONSE AFTER EMAILS AND PHONE MESSAGES REGARDING CHANGES TO MY POLICY. NEVER HAD SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE IN MY LIFE.
I have been with Farmers Insurance for so many years now. Dealing with a lady but she no longer works at this agency. Now, dealing with agent Bertin Santibañez, he is by far the most unprofessional, not responsive person I've ever met! When you're trying to talk to him over the phone he interrupts you letting you know that the way they do business! Farmers is a good insurance but please do not deal with this person or this agency they are very unprofessional. Stay away!!! My insurance increase Buy $51 overnight without a reason. My credit is great, I have zero accidents, my record is absolutely clean & I'm paying over $312 for insurance on a new tundra. After doing more research I noticed that the average cost for my insurance is no more than $208/mo I immediately called "my agent" Bertin
