Was with these guys for 8 years, Michael Ryan Was my agent and totally abandon Our business was sent over to a house account We're John Gerken took over the account poor communication not up on the facts of the insurance business and How to handle disputes where I won 3 times . He suggested that most people just pay it. It would have cost $5000 if I hadn't pushed the dispute. Totally incompetent and lazy Period there are way better companies out there.
