Chase Ethridge's lack of professionalism is evident in his failure to follow up with my insurance agent or husband after his client's actions resulted in a dangerous situation for my son. I cannot understand how he sleeps at night trying to take advantage of hard working individuals. And based on the previous review this may be a recurring issue with other Farm Bureau agents as well.

They won't contact you back when one of their clients hits someone and it's their clients fault. Been trying get ahold of Sean roberts since July 18th. Even his own people have emailed hime twice qith no response.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! The lady that answered the phone was rude then when I spoke to Tim Blakely he had the smart pendajo attitude along with the receptionist. After leading my claim on going I didn’t have the right information plus I needed to get a new estimate!!!! I thought Farm Bureau was the best but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had out of an insurance company!!

Younger man at front desk maybe 30, very rude and looked like he hated life absolutely no professionalism

VERY helpful people. Great attention to questions, and super nice when getting coverage on our house, and our vehicles.
