Diane and her team have been our Insurers for many years. They treat you as if you are their 'only' client. They follow up in a timely and professional manner... While there are many other insurers in Michigan to choose from, I feel my needs are 100% covered and any time I need help or have a question, they have been and always are there to assist. I wish more professional companies would follow their lead.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!! After speaking directly with Diane Rzeppa, I found her to be completely rude, and not whatsoever helpful. My family has been trying to straighten out issues with her for weeks with no resolve. Last week our phone call ended with her hanging up on me. When you've been with a company for so long you would think there would be a little more understanding. She does not want to work around our schedule and keeps calling during the day even though she's been told we cannot talk during the day. I cannot wait until our policies are actually transferred to a better and closer agent to us. Although Diane has been horrible to deal with we still like Farm Bureau.

Was a great place for insurance until they raised our insurance by 100.00 because someone in our house who also had a policy with them as well was late (exact words from the agent). I don't see how our own separate policy would change over someone else's policy payments status. We decided to go with another company.

Called here for a insurance quote. It was like she didn't want my business or something. She told me and I quote " there's nothing Farm Bureau can do for you" I literally hung up called another Farm Bureau agent and now I'm getting a quote. Never have I felt so belittled by a company.

Mary is amazing and saved us so much money from switching. The office staff is very friendly if you call with any questions. I highly recommend Mary!
