Farm Bureau Insurance

We have had Farm Bureau insurance in our home and medical for over 50 years. They have always been professional and have done what they said they would do. The staff at our local office are the best. The only issue we have ever had were the shop at the farm was broken into and several dollars worth of tools were stolen and they said we were not covered. I felt like this was a communication issue with the agent. They were apologetic and we fixed the issue so that did not happen again. I would say that being with them for over 50 years and only one issue we could not get better service elsewhere.

Kim is such a wonderful blessing to the Springfield Farm Bureau. She has helped us through both a claim on our home and a vehicle and provided us with information that we may have not received at another insurance company. She is warm and welcoming and always tends to our needs, ensuring that we walk away with a wonderful experience.
