Farm Bureau Insurance: Sheppard Greg

I have been thoroughly displeased with Greg's (lack of) service for years. It is impossible to get in contact with him. His voicemail message (which I have listened to too many times) states that he is currently with a client, which is both humorous and frustrating. He does not respond to voice mails or emails. I terminated most of my insurance policies with him long ago, but I cannot transfer my life insurance policy to another agent. The office staff is hit or miss as far as their degree of helpfulness as well. I am several decades younger than Greg, so hopefully no one will need to collect on my policy until it has already been transferred to a more competent agent.
