Farm Bureau Insurance

I would leave negative stars if I could. My husband got in a car accident in May 2024. The other individual, who was insured by Farm Bureau, was to blame. There was never any question who was to blame, the other driver ran a red light, and he never disputed that it was his fault. Two adjusters were assigned, Mr. John Clifton and Mr. Brett Grubbs. I don't actually recall speaking to Mr. Clifton but I believe he handled getting our car paid off, which was handled fast and efficiently. However, NO ONE PAID THE MEDICAL BILLS. My husband is a veteran so the bills ended up being sent to the VA, who paid them. Given that this was not the VA's fault and they should not have paid it, I tried to contact Farm Bureau to rectify this. I sent copies and got no response. At some point, I became aware

Ihave a question and maybe someone could help. I was in an automobile accident the other day. The accident was not my fault but the young lady's Ms Laster who hit me while I was stopped at a stop sign. She offered to pay for my repairs but I said no. That I would call the police and just turn it over to the insurance companies. The police came out and she was issued a ticket for hitting a parked car. Her Silverado was able to be driven off. It looked like it just received a dent on the front bumper. My car was totaled with the front being driven back into my car putting a hole in my radiator. .
