Farm Bureau Insurance

Absolute crooks! They put added insurance premium on my loan after already providing proof of insurance. Called and said I would be refunded and they sent a $2 check for a $370 payment. They are dishonest thieves that will penalize you for extra payments! Complete disgrace avoid at all costs!!!

Husband had an accident with an insured person from this place. The adjuster said my husband is a liar and he refused to believe their client lied to the police and them.

I've been with farm bureau for around 8 years and they've gone downhill in a big way. Prices continue to increase despite my perfect driving record and when repairs are needed, I end up paying an arm and a leg out of pocket. Incredibly displeased and if it weren't for the legal necessity of insurance I would never pay them another cent.

Got to say. This company is stand up !!! I’ve carried business insurance for years and can say that Steven has been the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Rates always bet competitors by a lot !!! I have had a little bump in road with office paper work but Steven made it right and took care of it like a true professional! Hands down only insurance agent I’ll ever work with from here on out !
