We were hunting for medical insurance for our daughter. Contacted FB Oakland and met with Andrea. Andrea led us thru the maze of plans, coverage, and premiums offered by FBTN. She was professional in her approach, courteous, thorough, willing to listen, and flexible in delivering plan options to us. All-in-all, a great experience !!

The Oakland Staff is awesome. Andrea took time and had patience with our many questions of Medicare and Drug Programs. Highly recommend this office.

My son come in for insurance because he did not have insurance for 3 months and FB insurance could not help him but they did send us to someone that did help him get insurance so he can go to court to show he had insurance.
