Due to lack of communication when I was selling and buying a house, I had to switch from farm bureau to farmers. In the process of getting my new auto and home policy started, again we couldn’t get anyone to answer emails or calls so my new agent had a hard time getting my new policy started. I let my new agent handle it. Fast forward a few months later still no communication from this office and now I have a noncompliance due to not having my vehicle insured because my agent had to work around them and fun fact can’t get new tags for your vehicle when you have that fee lingering over your head.
Mrs. Doug Hill is very helpful
Highly ungodly. Getting info from them re: how to file a claim is like pulling teeth. Mr.Haisty’s agent, Doug Hill, & his secretary, Deborah, are as useless as you know what on a boar hog.
Were fast and awesome in taking care of us with the aftermath of our house fire.
1st class customer service with honesty, & respect.
