The local branch in Tunica, Ms. were fine people to do business with. but trying to speak with someone in Jackson, Ms office sucks. they sent me a reimbursement check. that check was returned why I do not know. cost me 10 or 12.00 to my account .. It seems like nobody there in Jackson can not reach people when you call there. this company has such professional endearing prerecorded messages. DON'T BE FOOLED. THE JACKSON STAFF SUCKS . MY OPINION

I was with this company for 20 plus years, only filed a claim when my neighbor tree limb fell onto my roof, this guy in Clinton, MS office Randy Hayman sent me a policy saying my insurance has increased by $500, but they will insure everything except my roof.... this guy doesn't return phone calls and lie about everything. So glad I left this place

This company is a JOKE. I wouldn't accept a policy from them again if it was FREE. My agent was Ben Strain in Madison, MS. I must say things started off really great. He was punctual when responding and/or getting back to me. Unfortunately, his staff was HORRIBLE. Originally, I was quoted one price only to be surprised and drafted another one. After several attempts of trying to get clarity, not even the agent himself was able to EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING ON.. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF. I'M WAITING FOR THE DAY WHEN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS FILED AGAINST THEM FOR STEALING MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!
