My husband tried to get coverage and they did not want to help because his license is suspended. They did not even ask why it is suspended. He has to get fl insurance again to get the suspension removed, nothing serious, but joe just treat you like crap if he sees suspended dl,

Was a customer for over 20 years. My original agent was wonderful. Now, they only seem to care about the payment. New agent and insurance and literally saving thousands and an agent that cares. Farm Bureau not what it used to be. Will not be going back

Did not take me because of mysuspended license which is because I don't have FL insurance (out state insurance with FL licence plate). I just the insurance to clear it. They did not even ask about why it is suspended, they just said no we don't take you, I felt like a criminal. This is was Joe. Other insurance where very friendly and they asked me about it and they said there is not issue as long as it is reinstated within 30days.
