Farm Bureau Insurance

I got a quote for homeowners insurance from this office. The representative was helpful and informative and able to take care of my request. Everyone i spoke to was polite and efficient at their jobs. I did have to call a second time to follow up on my request as it had been a couple of days since I'd heard from them. They were working on it in the background and i just didn't know it. After my camm, communications were excellent. I decided to go with this company for my insurance. The sign up and payment process was easy.

Very professional and they make you feel really relaxed!

Nathan is quite literally the best. He is one of the few people out there that puts your needs above his and would never sell you something that he didn't think was a good deal for you. He's smart, competent and easy to talk to. Insurance is about trust. You don't know how good your insurance company and rep is until you need to file a claim. There's nobody I would trust more to have on my side than Nathan.
