I have had a great experience purchasing an auto and life insurance policy with Ryan. He has been incredibly attentive and available to answer my questions when I need him. We love the Dover branch of Farm Bureau. They are quick to respond and easy to work with . Ben has done a wonderful job with getting coverage for all of our needs and Lori is amazing at coordinating everything. She is wonderful at getting us anything we need with our policies. 10/10 would recommend.

After 15years I left. The office was good to deal with until Ben took over. The lady’s in the front especially Beth was great to deal with. But trying to get any assistance from Ben was always impossible. Needed to start a claim on roof damage a few years ago and was denied because I took it a pawn myself to quickly patch my roof to prevent more damage to the ceiling and drywall. Ben told me since I did that they could not help me. A few months ago asked Ben to come to my house and he said he did not have time to come to my property to go over my policy and walk the property to make sure I had the correct amount of coverage. The final straw was when I was rear ended by a paving company that was texting a driving and totaled my truck trailer and tractor. I had full coverage and said Farm Bu
