Our agent is great! When we recently moved and had to switch carriers, we chose Farm Bureau because of value for cost and because the agent we have pays attention to us. As with any insurance company, the underwriters were a bit difficult, but came to their senses when we explained our valid concern/position.
The agents are friendly and helpful. Please call ahead for help as the office is appointment only due to Covid19.
Never got an answer. I had an urgent question. I just chose another company.
