Terrible customer service!!!!!! I have had insurance with them for 30+years and never have had to use it so I assumed it was good.WRONG!!! I'm trying to buy a new car and no one is at their office at 2;30pm on this Wednesday. I called the number on my card and that's only for claims they can't help me. I try their web site and it's less helpful than the previous. I guess I will have to take off work tomorrow to try to see if they choose to work then so I can change my coverage and purchase my car.
