Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been with this insurance company for almost 10 years. I had to cancel my insurance with them recently. One of their agents completely screwed me over. I made changes to my policy including change of address, adding a driver and a vehicle, and bringing my insurance to liability. She DID NOT tell me what the price difference was afterwards. My account was then over drafted by a decent amount of money. She told me I would get a full refund and that did not happen. It’s been lie after lie with them . Very shady and unprofessional company. I would not trust them with anything.

The table we were sat at they put placemats down without even cleaning the table and the fries were luk warm. The garlic butter burger was good but we didn't see our waitress after we got our food. They were not even that busy. This was the first bad experience I have had at this steak and shake.

I overpaid for insurance, not helpful at all, they quote me a low price and take out another higher price from monthly withdraw. And when I asked why she didnt reach out to tell me or say anything to inform me about the different price withdraw she basically said oops sorry...Sierra Smith WAS my agent horrible experience!

Something isn't right with this company, have looked at all the reviews they have been given a 1 star, my son vehicle was hit on uta campus, someone witness the accident gave the information to the security guard, we have been waiting almost a month to here back from the agent only to be told they haven't gotten a whole of the witness and claim the car is totally toad and that their client stated she didn't believe she hit his car, when its clear that her tire his vehicle, she gave the officers her information if she knew she didn't hit his car, why would she give her info, now we have to wait until they can get in contact with the witness, something shady about this whole situation, beware of this company.

Still waiting for a call back and an adjuster to come look at my car after one of their customers hit my car while parked.
