I have had an incredibly frustrating experience working with Farm Bureau. The original agent retired and our policy was given to Jordan Cain. I have never spoken to Jordan, in person or over the phone because she is never available. While trying to get a claim figured out, I received zero communication from them. When I called I was told that she does not work the full day. She was out whenever I called. I never received any communication about how the claims process works. I had to call the Laramie office to find anything out (although they were only marginally better at communicating). Their adjuster was equally terrible at communicating. I had great service from them for five years I was a customer. They got a new employee whom I asked to change my automatic payment to be changed and she said she would take care of it and I asked if I needed to sign anything she said no. Needless to say my payments starting to get messed up so I was paying with m.o. the main agent there informed me everything was fine. They wasn’t taking my payment so I asked what’s happening and she told me there was to many problems and they had to drop me no notice. No refund for bank fees as promised. I drove 15 days without insurance not knowing 😡

The staff here is kind and willing to help. Strongly recommend for all your insurances.
