Do not waste your time here. Customer service sucks, it’s so hard to get ahold of anyone at any given time. Would not recommend.

Alan is a great insurance professional and the staff is top notch. I feel secure know his office takes care of scheduling our annual review and we cover questions and adjustments. He's always suggesting ways to save money and he lets my wife and I choose . Alan helps with other information too like car registration and he handles investment products too with attractive terms. I can't recommend him more. We've found our agent here, I think you will too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are looking for an agent to assist and guide you with insurance needs look else where. Worst customer service I have ever received. Lack of competency and ethics.

Worst costumer service, Alan does not do what he says he’s gonna do and cannot contact him.
