I have been a customer with this office for over ten years. Before Sean Snyder became the agent, it was Russ Otte and he did a wonderful job working with his customers. I have had terrible experiences with Sean. If you don't ever have problems, Sean will be on his best behavior. However, if you have a problem, he is rude. He does not listen to his customers, a matter of fact, he hung up on me twice! Very unprofessional when under pressure or dealing with difficult situations. I highly recommend AAA. They have wonderful customer service and the best part is their premiums were much much lower. Thank you Sean for giving me a reason to leave. Sean Snyder needs customer service training. My name is Gary Carson and I am a paraplegic, paralyzed from my chest down. I received a wheelchair accessible van this past week and in trying to obtain insurance for the vehicle, my current insurance company/agent couldn't help me without a valid driver's license... But, Sean found a way to work with the system, to get me insured so I would be able to operate my van with insurance, while I obtain my license. Thank you so much for taking care of me, you have earned my business!
