I’ve had a great relationship with this company for 4 years Deb was my agent. I called to add to my policy and the new agent is unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company. Zero star is best fitting.

I had called to change my policy agent was not very helpful very disappointed with my experience, wish Deb was working best agent ever.

We have been with Fatanarosa for 25+ years. Recently we needed insurance and Deb F. was awesome. As always, she goes above and beyond our expectations any time we reach out to her. She loves her job and cares about her customers. It is so pleasant to call an office where someone picks up the phone, e-mails out right back and cares about their customers on a personal basis. It is very refreshing. You hope you don't need insurance, but it is nice to know you have a caring agent and support when you do need it. Thank you Fantanarosa and more importantly Deb.

Horrible customer service, agent was rude going to a better insurance agency
