This is now the third Insurance policy I have gotten through this agency. I have such positive things to say about Jay and Kyle both!! I just finished my third policy with Jay and he was freaking amazing!! It started off rough with Mr. potato head😕 Not everybody is meant to be in customer service. But Jay swooped in and saved it fast 🤩 👏🏼💪🏼 I have absolutely had no issues, no complaints and they have made it so easy start to finish getting these insurance policies. I would recommend this agency to any of my family or friends. Thank you guys you rock.!!!

I have 25 years in the business and "inherited" this agency when charged with handling my elderly parents accounts. This agency does little other than to relay messages passed on to them by the company. I asked them to cancel a policy on a home we had sold and they replied by quoting an e-mail from the company refusing to do so. It should have been obvious to anyone with minimal insurance knowledge that there was some sort of misunderstanding as there was no way a company would insure a property in the name of someone who has no ownership interest in it. That's insurance 101 and is something that is covered in the first 15 minutes of any insurance licensing class. I spoke with Vince on August 28th and discussed my need for a quote on a mobile home. I had just received my 4 point inspection and he provided me his email to forward it which I did. It’s now October 5th, I call for an update and after a long wait he claims my email was misplaced but he has it in front of him. He offered to submit it for a quote and I could expect to wait ANOTHER month. No thank you, I’d rather have no insurance than to deal with a company with such poor customer service. Worst service I have ever had at an insurance company!!

I have used them for 20 years for home coverage. Great advice as to insurance needs even if they don't sell you a policy. I went in recently to compare my present long-time auto insurance company and was told to stay with them and not buy from their company as the difference ($100) was not worth a change in the event of an accident happening. No hard or even a soft sell here.

I have been a customer here for the last 11 years. I had to call them to speak with and eventually go see an agent named Dustin. A problem had come up with my insurance and he was so very helpful and patient with me. I was so very greatful for everything he did for me and the way he treated me. I can't thank him enough for all he did for me. I've been very happy with the agency for all these years, but, I just had to post about how great Dustin was. Go see him for your insurance needs.
