In particular, Brooke Silas has always been my rep and has taken care of all my insurance needs. She goes way above and beyond. I recently moved out of state and had cancelled my in-state auto insurance. I was solicited by an e-mail with promises of a great rate from Fairway insurance and decided it may be worth looking into. Facing renewal and also needing insurance for a condo I called and was connected to Laura in personal lines. Well I appreciate the quick and professional handling of the whole process, got a wind mitigation inspector for my home that was half the cost of my home inspector, saved over $1,200 over my previous insurance ( that was due for renewal). Found out the inspection on my condo was not needed and available from my condo association.
