This company does not respond or resolve customer service issues. I applied for a UGMA account two weeks ago which said processing time is 24 hours. It is still not processed after two weeks. I have called their customer service and left 5 voicemails as there is not a SINGLE option to talk to an actual person. Their online chat says you get a response writhing 6 hours. It took over 48 and the response I got was my problem was being escalated. It has since been a week since that message. I then messaged their customer chat again and it said they are experiencing higher than normal customer service volume and it would be at least 12 hours until I get a response. This establishment is a joke! ​Fabric by Gerber requested I update my banking information as the bank account on file was no longer valid due to closer. I had deducted from my account monthly the amount of $250 toward my sons UTMA account which had to date $2,114.47 in it. I proceeded to update my bank account on file, which then they immediately closed my sons UTMA account saying "suspicious activity"! There was not such thing that happened! I clearly tried to update my banking information and because they could not validate my account electronically they took it upon themselves to immediate close this account without even attempting to contact me to rectify the issue! Fabric by Gerber Life has an unreliable website that constantly crashes and will not allow me to update my payment information. There is no way to speak to a live person—only an option to leave a message for a callback. The system directs you to the website’s “live chat” for faster help, but the chat only states they will respond within 12 hours, which is not live support. I’ve been trying to contact Fabric by Gerber Life since January 21 with no success.

Terrible company they charged my account 6x for 5 dollars the same day I started a account. Then I scheduled to have money withdrawn from my account starting the following month and they took he money 1 week later wow! Calling now the online chat has a 12 hour wait, and now no one is answering the phone. This is bad really bad Gerber was once a reputable company, stay away seems like a scam

The website and app have way to many bugs. Almost impossibe to accomplish certain tasks. There communication and customer service is terrible too. I have called and left voicemails for someone to help me and have not gotten any calls back. Also sent several messages in there chat and got no help.
