Unfortunately I'm considered a high risk driver by auto insurance companies due to some past claims. As a result I was paying a fortune before speaking to Kat at your company. She was able find me a car insurance rate for almost $500 less per year than I was paying. Thanks!
I had a horrible customer service experience. I was on the phone with an agent, and he sarcasticaly gave me a $1,000 a month car insurance quote. He was very sarcastic, and rude.
Kat was so very helpful and quick with helping me get both of my cars insured in a timely fashion! Excellent customer service!
I called around for insurance quotes and the agents were either hard to understand or just seemed bothered that I called . Talked to Kat and she was not only easy to understand , but very professional and friendly . Highly recommend
