Evie Hammer: Allstate Insurance

Evie is truly a wonderful person! She provides not only to her clients but to her community as well! The Lewis County Autism Coalition has benefitted from her generosity and support and we are forever grateful to have such amazing community partners in Lewis County, Washington!

Normal buy-in politeness, strangely unprofessional cancellation experience(s). If you cancel a policy, Evie will then ignore any further messages you send regarding that policy (in this case simple requests for info on refunds.) Allstate as a whole - I had to deal with their identity theft service and two warranty claims. Ended up having to go through the BBB to get resolutions and they ultimately did not pay me fully what I was owed. I regret doing any business with Allstate.

I was mostly pleased with this insurance agent. However, we started having issues with our auto-pay being paid and then being returned to my bank, then pulled again after the due date, and then getting a late fee. Evie said that she would handle it. But she never did. After a few times of this I stopped emailing her and started calling. Eventually we decided to take our account off of autopay so that we would pay it early and not have this issue anymore. Then, the week before Christmas, I got a call from her receptionist saying that we owed 600 plus dollars which is double my insurance payment. They've tried to wiggle their way out and around what they did and say that it was a beginning fee that they didn't charge in the beginning and made me pay at the end. However I never agreed to this

I had been using an Allstate agent who quit. His boss is less than professional. So, I called Evie's Allstate office! What a nice change: polite, helpful, patient. If you need a good agent for insurance in Lewis County Wa, call Evie!!

Evie is a truly a concerned insurance agent and helps explain the insurence game. She is a breath of fresh air for insurance agents. We switched our home, umbrella coverage and 4 autos and save major $ over our last insurance company - State Farm. We appreciate Evie's help on our insurance needs.
