Eves Insurance

Very poor customer service. I have had three interactions with these people in the nearly 10 years that I have been insured by National Lloyds. All three have been painstaking. It required me to call several times asking for updates, emailing, and still, it took weeks for things to get things processed. This last time, for some reason, my policy was not automatically renewed, and if I hadn't called National Lloyds directly, I would have probably lost coverage on my home. I am not sure if their customer base is too big to maintain good service or if they just don't care, but I would advise anyone looking for an agent to look somewhere else first.

I just received a Notice of Consumer Report Ordered Used in Premium Determination. Policy quote number: X012022712 Agency name is Eves Insurance Dallas Tx 75224 I did not authorized no company or individual to request my credit report for insurance. I would appreciate it if all this is adjusted and taken care of or I am going to the insurance board and reporting a scam action against your company. The credit report request need a to be taken off my report. Ricardo & Adelina Vasquez
