They are very inconsiderate and Unhelpful when an accident occurs. And there are so many different names and numbers they give you just to get voicemails. They just had an insured driver who transports, hit me in the snow and ice and Denied the Claim. So now I have no car and get no money for pain& suffering. I'm going to Sue then as we speak. They refused to use Their Collision Coverage, being Cheap! They will most definitely regret it.

Tried 10 times to call during normal business hours from 4pm - 4:30pm in multiple departments to get someone to answer. I could not get a live person to actually pickup the phone...all calls went to Voicemail boxes. We needed human advice regarding a correct address for payment of premium because the address we were given is non-deliverable according to the USPS. Don't understand why such a large company would not have a live operator field general information calls. Very poor.

They're not accepted in alot of places!

we have a claim status. we have been calling them for 3 days in a row but at first you will talk to their customer's service then when they get your information about the claim they will transfer you and it will direct you to voice mail. never trust this insurance!

I was rear ended. Filed a claim on Wednesday and had re-file on Thursday because it wasn’t on their system. I was told the adjuster will call me in 24 hours, but i never received a call. Called adjuster and received a voicemail.
