Eric Montgomery is a very personable, patient, responsive, and informative agent with Ethos. I appreciate him answering all of my questions even if I was a little redundant at times! I also appreciate the 30 Day period In which I can make changes to my policy without reapplying. Overall, a very simple process with excellent customer service!

Their website lacks transparency when trying to access existing documents and switching between accounts. Anytime I want to access my or my spouse's account, I am forced to clear my browser's cookies before doing so. They should have a more transparent login/logout option for existing customers. It's clear that they're more interested in selling new customers/products than providing a quality experience for existing customers. Typical American company.

I'm "young" — 31, with 4 kids and an amazing wife. Life insurance has been on my mind for a while. Ethos was so easy to apply for. It took me 7 minutes to get approved (I literally applied on my phone while doing the dishes). After comparing it with other plans, it was a no-brainer. The prices are competitive, easy to apply, and awesome coverage. I hope I'm around for it all, but if I'm not, I'll be leaving my family with 1 less (big) thing to worry about.

Ethos came with reliable advertising sources in various Sports marketing. I kept seeing it on the Gold Channel. I decided to download the app and the process was user friendly and easy. I decided the cost for life Insurance was affordable and useful as a senior. The also have estate planning and will I’ll take a look at soon. Worth looking into!
