STILL waiting on someone to pick up this abandoned car. About to have a wrecker company pick it up and they can deal with the impound cost. Absolutely ridiculous. Not my car.. not my insurance.. but it's on my property for nearly a year now.

was the victim of a hit-and-run on August 10, 2025, involving a vehicle insured by Ethio-American Insurance. I filed my claim on August 15 after tracking down their policy myself. Since then, I’ve provided overwhelming evidence — dashcam footage, a police report, and even a witness — yet their adjusters continue to dodge responsibility. Greg Gordon (adjuster) and his supervisor Toby Frazier have both been dismissive and unprofessional. Their excuse is that they “cannot confirm liability without a driver’s statement.” That’s absurd — the driver fled the scene, it’s a hit-and-run, and the insured vehicle is covered under their policy. This company is the worst insurance company ever. I pray for anyone that gets hit by someone insured by them. Greg is no help

This is absolutely the worse insurance company with whom I have had the displeasure of dealing. If their client cause damages to your vehicle, get a lawyer immediately. They will delay and try their best to deny your claim. Took over two months to get my car repaired. They are horrible people to deal with and don’t care about anything else other than saving money. Sue them! Sue them! Sue them! I will be lodging a complaint with the insurance commissioner office about these horrible people!

I have been supporting this company since 2016 and present, and they have not changed their EXTREMELY rude disposition towards their professional business clients. Just because they are a family business, they believe that they can act and address clients unprofessionally. I submitted a kind, professional email to Tatiana and her response to me was absolutely APPALLING. One time I asked to speak with the owner since he was the one who first introduced me to his own company (ethio-American Insurance), his niece said " he is to important to talk to you."
