Everyone at ETEX is very helpful when answering questions. I have always gotten a quick and courteous response from them. They have always tried to find the best insurance value that fits my lifestyle. After being with them for about 5 years, I will never go to anyone else for insurance needs. They handle all my insurance; car, home, and Medicare supplements. I have recommended them many times to friends and will continue to do so.

They are the only insurance agency I have ever used! They always help find me the right policy for my car and home. If my policy is about to expired they will reach out to me so I'm never not covered. Any time I've called with questions or concerns the staff is always knowledgeable and prompt, they've never left me confused on what was going on or needed to be done. They are the best!!
