Terrible insurance agency, more than once I found out that I had no insurance on something I was told I did and had paid for. I had a travel trailer that didn't have insurance for 3 months and I had an issue where she mixed up which property I needed insurance on and the mortgage company came after me saying I didn't have insurance and it turned into a huge fiasco with them taking out insurance on my behalf and I had to chase down ETC to fix it. This was the last straw and I promptly found a new agency and cancelled my policies here. Buyer beware, they're very disorganized here.
