Easy to work with about auto coverage. Polite employees. Understanding and patient with Questions and communicating.

At first I received a great quote i called after that when the insurance rate was raised and was told that was the best quote i could get... i called another agency and they found me a quote for half of the price, with better coverage and a better insurance company. Also, their customer service is the worst they tell they will call you back and they dont. I called for a quote last week and i am still waiting for it. They have a service on their phone for call back but dont expect someone to respond they hang-up.

Lola was so sweet and helpful. She really worked hard to try to find the best rate available for me and kept in communication the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone. Professional and courteous but looks out for you like you're family.
