I've been requesting to take me out of the system because I found another more affordable auto insurance, and since June told me I'm already out of system. However, they're still charging the monthly payment every month and called them and said the next month I won't be charged. But next month comes and again I have to pay for an insurance I'm not longer using. Every time I called the agents say I'll be out of the system soon but time passes and continue charging me for a service I'm not using anymore.

I could not get a definite answer as to why I needed to pay an $18.00 dollars premium installments in an addition to a full auto payment for one year.

I find her to be very professional and caring. My overall experience was great.
