I am currently working as a loan lender and asked for generic information sent to me; the lady there laughed at me! I thought it was disrespectful, mentioned we will probably generate her more business with this request because they needed to change coverage to get a loan. Again did not care saying she will call the customer and hung up on me. This isn't the first time dealing with this agency and others do not have a problem with this simple request. The other times I have dealt with them it seems they drag their feet to get the information that is needed. Maybe the price is spectacular wouldn't know, but not respectful.
