Erik and Allstate are great insurance agent/company. Erik is always kind, friendly & willing to assist any way possible. Claims are handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend both for your insurance needs. Saved us thousands over other companies.

I love doing business with Erik Brooks’ Allstate Insurance office! They have always been helpful and kind, in every situation. I’m a mess and have no business calling myself a grown up. They are endlessly easy going and informative about anything and everything that I’ve screwed up over the years that I’ve been with them. I started out working with Nick. He reminded me when I was late, called to check in with my insurance needs, and never acted annoyed. I wore him out so now I work with Sarah. She is always holding my hand through all sorts of adulting. Every experience that I’ve had with this office has been wonderful! They are patient, professional and knowledgeable. Every neighbor got their roof replaced from hail damage, and you can see the dings on my gutters from the street, yet allstate says I have 0% storm damage. Eric Brooks is utterly rude. He's really nice baitting you in. But when I've called to ask a question they refuse to answer or offer advice and then call it a claim. He even called me a liar. Worst decision I've made related to my home. Run away from them and allstate. Allstate will not help you, they will just raise your rates. And if you're a woman, treat you like an idiot.

Erik and Nick have both been extremely helpful. They were great when we had an accident and needed advice. I highly recommend this agency. Also the staff is extremely friendly!

Overall the process for filing a claim went very well. I had some issues submitting the damage photo's and after a couple of phone calls was finally told that there was a known issue with that. It was recommended trying the virtual chat to submit the photo's which was super quick and easy. I spent days trying to submit the photo's prior to that and it was very frustrating.
