I am glad I chose this office, their excellent reviews were spot on :) I wanted to switch my car insurance from another company before it renewed in 2 days, and Cynthia was super helpful with getting that done right away so my policy would be effective the same day! I had to call their office twice and got to talk to Cynthia right away without any hold/wait time. She was patient with my rudimentary understanding of car insurance and explained everything (sometimes twice lol). She asked if I needed life insurance so I mentioned offhand that I don't, but that I was having trouble finding any insurer for my professional disability insurance due to a preexisting medical condition, and she was genuinely kind and actually wrote down the name of the condition so she could look into if State Farm

Cynthia is awesome! She showed a very caring spirit for my situation and went the extra mile to help me get informed of different options. She never made me feel like just a number and was always there to answer my numerous questions patiently. I can’t thank her enough.

This is my first Google review, and Erica Bantom Martin absolutely deserves it. It was my first time needing renter's insurance, and Ryan made the entire process seamless. He was extremely patient with all of my questions and went out of his way to ensure the policy met all the requirements for my apartment. Best of all, Ryan handled everything over the phone in just a few minutes—I didn’t have to fill out any online forms that would take days to process. Outstanding service from start to finish.

I must say, every time I call there I have a million questions & if it wasn’t for Cynthia I’d feel like a stooge. She’s always so patient & don’t have an issue with explaining. Glad to see people out there happy to help
