Eric Lofthus Insurance

I made the mistake of calling these people to get an insurance quote and set up a new policy. Unfortunately, I needed the policy to activate on a certain date, and the lady I spoke with must have thrown all my information in a drawer and forgot I existed after we finalized the initial quote. So my wife and I drove around uninsured for a few days until we realized these people never activated our new policy. Once we contacted them again to get the policy activated, whoever set up the policy gave Progressive a bunch of incorrect information. I had to spend a half hour on the phone with Progressive directly to correct the issues. Finally, something else must have been set up terribly wrong, because Progressive canceled our policy because the underwriters needed us to contact them to verify ot

We were spending way to much on insurance with another agent so we went to Eric and he cut our cost in half. Eric was great to work with and took the hassle out of price shopping and switching insurance. We should have gone to him sooner. Thank you Eric!

I recently switched over from a different insurance company because they sold their company or whatever to Eric Lofthus insurance and I have zero complaints. They work with me on switching my insurance because I occasionally buy cars test them out and then sell them and they don't have a problem with switching my insurance so that I'm insured daily and they listen to my questions and quote me they tell when my policy is going to change and what it's going to be and I can always count on them for my insurance
