We have been with Eric Loebs for many years and he and his staff have always been friendly and dedicated to making sure we were satisfied. When we had trouble with a claim through the national office, he jumped right in to fix it. He always made sure we knew our options and always calls back when he says he will.

This agency always has a real person to talk to which makes working with them so easy & personable. They are professional but yet so friendly. When I was in a car accident, they were so helpful when I was dealing with another insurance company. Evelyn, Zoe, & Eric were all there to help me navigate the process.

I Love Eric Lobes Allstate Insurance Company. Everyone that I have ever talked to is very knowledgeable and patient they took there time and answered every question that I had. The things that I was not even aware of was explained expertly. We had our car totaled, it was a scary situation all around I tried not to show that I was upset, they definitely assured me that they were taking care of everything and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would have given them 10 stars if I could.

I am very appreciative that Eric and his staff take the time to update and explain the changes that will effect me coverage wise and my financial expense on my insurance package for Auto, home etc. It's great doing business with him and his team!

The team is so helpful especially Eric Loebs! I can ask any question about my policy and he has been able to answer and explain things to me. I really appreciate the customer service I have received all these years.
