Equity Insurance Company

Terrible company. Even when you cancelled before the end of the period they charge you "cancelation fees" which doesn't make any sence. They don't solve any issues If you have an accident and they find different ways to get money from you. It's a scam

Absolutely the worst insurance company I've ever worked with. Constantly having issues with living in and trying to maintain insurance before it lapses and requires more fees to restart. Don't trust their autopay after their greedy hands grabbed a sac from my bank

horrible company I just started my policy last month and when they deducted my monthly premium they double charged me. When my local agent reached out to them even though their extra charge sent my checking account into overdraft and I live off $1000 a month disability they would not return my money. Instead they told my agent they would defer Aprils payment. that doesn’t help me in March if it had not been for my agent refunding the extra money they took from me out of his pocket it would have totally messed me up. Do not deal with this company. If my review can stop 100 people from going to them then this is all worth it

So I’m not sure how to write this review but I hit a deer in November right before thanksgiving, Completely messed up my car maybe next year I’ll stick to turkey and not deer jerky! But I filed a claim after the holiday was over it was a long back and forth process with the insurance company which I’m sure all are! Especially this time of year. But all and all I am highly satisfied with faith and the insurance company. Faith put in a good fight and that’s all I could ask of her thanks guys!

We have this insurance company sense we bought the house when it’s comes to replace the roof they just going back and forth for six months then they said we can’t approve your claim even we have two deferent company opinion so if you are home owner stay away from this company
