Jahlinda came highly recommended and setting up a time to speak with her was very simple. I had been feeling hopeless about finding a policy for a third party that fit my needs and that didn't require me to jump through a bunch of hoops. From start to finish, I had a policy in about 30 minutes, and that included Jahlinda discussing my options AND providing some education about the types of policy that were available. I was working with an agent( Damien Douglas) through Ensure Financial Group out of Florida on a home insurance policy back in December of 2023 and he never sent the declaration to my mortgage company until 2 months later and my mortgage company sent them an escrow payment but because the insurance company involved got the payment so late, they cancelled my policy without any notification to me. I was unaware of this until months later when I was contacted by my mortgage company to inform me that I had no coverage on my home! I contacted his manager ( Glenn Jones) and he seemed helpful at 1st but has done nothing to rectify the problem.
