NEVER RESPONDS TO EMAILS OR ANSWERS PHONES... APPROVED A CLAIM about 60 DAYS ago and still have not paid

If I could give this company a 0 star review I would. The whole entire handling of a mutual clients claim in college park has been asinine. From the initial handler to the final adjuster, every portion of the claim has been treated unethically. Kelby Hughes, the initial claim handler, purposefully left out an important profit item on the initial inspection report of the building. As we completed the works my team supplemented for the items. We completed all the work for the mutual insured building on July 5th and 6th. We are not at almost SIXTY DAYS PAST COMPLETION OF WORK! We have not been paid the final amount owed to us as well as the items missed on the initial scope of work. They really don’t care about their clients. 3 months since an adjuster was last here and still have not received full payment for my loss.

Giving this company 1 star is giving them way to much credit. Absolutely awful customer service.
