I had a cyst removed at a dermatologist clinic 2 years ago . Just yesterday the company began to bill me directly after attempting to bill my insurance company anthem blue cross and shield healthchoice assurance for charges already paid. I contacted anthem blue cross and shield and a very professional and determined agent named Dara F. Stayed with me on hold for two hours waiting for their insurance to answer. When they finally answered Dara F. Helped facilitate the call and was able to determine debt was owed. Amazing! I would highly recommend anthem blue cross and shield healthchoice assurance.

This insurance is thebabsolute worst. Had all my toes amputated and denied myntoenfillwr for my shoe.. " Didn't meet the requirements " hmmm ..I am walking with a sock stuffed into the end of my shoe so my foot doesn't slide when I walk"

My experience with the Empire Blue Cross's agent was great. This person took their time to explain to me what I needed to know about the type of insurance I wanted. What I wanted was to invest in my life meaning that when I reach my retirement age I can collect from it. I wanted another policy that will pay out to my children. That is what I got. Thanks to this agency.

My experience with ensurance Blue Cross Blue shield was so terrible, they do not a anything to resolve my problem with my prescripción. Very soon I going to have another ensurance.
